Job Summary: We are seeking an Evaluation Assistant to join our used vehicles department, focused on supporting vehicle evaluations, department organization, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining department organization and administrative routines ### **About the position:** We are looking for an **Evaluation Assistant** to join our \#TIMEVIA1 team in the used vehicles department! If you are organized, curious, and enjoy learning about the automotive world, this opportunity is for you! ### **Main responsibilities:** * Support evaluations of used vehicles, accompanying the responsible evaluator. * Assist in verifying vehicle documents and history. * Support data entry into internal systems. * Assist in visual inspections and vehicle checklists. * Maintain department organization and support area administrative routines. * Provide courteous customer service, supporting customers throughout the evaluation process. ### **Profile:** * Completed high school education. * Customer service skills and strong communication ability. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Preferred: Interest in or basic knowledge of automotive vehicles (considered a plus).
