Job Summary: The Welder will be responsible for performing welding, maintenance, and repair services on metal structures, containers, and equipment, ensuring quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on safety, health, and operational quality The Welder will be responsible for performing welding, maintenance, and repair services on metal structures, containers, and equipment, ensuring service quality, operational safety, and compliance with the company's established technical standards. Key Responsibilities * Perform welding services on metal structures, containers, and equipment according to technical specifications and internal procedures; * Carry out structural repairs, replacement of metallic components, damage recovery, and finishing work on containers; * Prepare surfaces, materials, tools, and equipment for welding operations; * Perform cutting, assembly, and adjustment of metal parts, ensuring repair quality and conformity; * Inspect completed work, verifying finish, strength, and weld quality; * Identify corrective and preventive maintenance needs for containers, structures, and equipment; * Maintain and preserve machines, tools, and equipment used in operations; * Keep the work area organized and clean, following internal procedures; * Strictly comply with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SSMAQ) standards, and correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Perform other related tasks as directed by leadership. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Completed welding course; * Proven experience in this role, preferably in container maintenance, metal structures, or industrial equipment; * Experience in port operations, logistics terminals, or industrial facilities; * Additional certifications in the welding field. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
