Description: * EDUCATION * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology (IT). * PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE * Demonstrate, through records in the Work and Social Security Card or a declaration from a public or private institution where the candidate has previously worked, solid experience. * CERTIFICATIONS/COURSES/TRAININGS * ITIL V4 training with a minimum duration of 12 (twelve) hours. * Official ITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher. * Nutanix Enterprise Cloud Administration (ECA) course. * Certification: * Official VCP (VMware Certified Professional) 6.0 Data Center Virtualization or higher. OR * Official VMware vSAN: Deploy and Manage V6.7 course or higher. * Monitor virtual hosts and application load balancers; * Perform deployment and creation of Windows/Linux operating system templates and their services, ensuring operation in high-availability environments with load balancing; * Manage application load-balancing appliances, including deployment of new contexts; * Administer virtualized and physical environments, identifying and implementing improvements; * Prepare reports on resource utilization, consumption, and performance within the environment; * Plan and execute scalability strategies for virtual machines and physical hosts; * Plan, create, and administer environments with virtualized infrastructure; * Participate in projects related to infrastructure and evolution of the virtualization environment; * Plan and implement desktop virtualization (VDI) solutions; * Conduct analysis of virtual machine utilization and performance; * Update server firmware and respective components (RAID controllers, disks, etc.); * Manage hardware resources on physical servers used for virtualization; * Diagnose and resolve incidents and problems in operational environments, ensuring availability and continuity under high-demand scenarios; * Maintain operational environments up-to-date by applying vendor-provided patches and updates for virtualization solutions; * Support development and infrastructure teams during environment deployments, enhancements, and adjustments; * Define and standardize user and group naming conventions according to security policies; * Produce articles and technical documentation focused on best practices for administering virtualized environments, disseminating knowledge across technical teams; * Implement and manage replication solutions for virtualized environments to ensure business continuity; * Provide support for hardware- and operating system-related issues sustaining the virtualization environment 2512300202491716351
