Planning and Execution of Development Programs** * Conduct training needs assessments with business units. * Plan training schedules, content, methodologies, and logistics. * Participate in the annual corporate development plan formulation. **2\. Training Delivery and Support** * Deliver behavioral and technical training sessions of low to medium complexity. * Provide support and conduct diagnostics with internal and external trainers during development initiatives. * Administer reaction, learning, and post-training evaluation assessments. **3\. Content and Material Development for the Corporate University** * Create presentations, handouts, scripts, videos, and other learning materials. * Contribute to development pathways and content for the corporate university. * Adapt content and methodologies according to target audience and delivery format (in-person/online). **4\. Training & Development Metrics and Reporting** * Prepare reports on training hours, participation rates, and impact metrics. * Monitor development KPIs and propose data-driven improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** ***Education:*** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Advertising and Public Relations, Social Communication, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields. ***You’ll stand out if you have:*** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience with videoconferencing tools and video editing software; * Willingness to travel occasionally; * Basic knowledge of training management. **Additional Information** ***What We Offer*** In our uniquely Moura way, we believe people are the energy that drives the future.
