Planning and Execution of Development Programs** * Conduct training needs assessments with business units. * Plan training schedules, content, methodologies, and logistics. * Participate in the annual corporate development plan formulation. **2\. Training Delivery and Support** * Deliver behavioral and technical training sessions of low to medium complexity. * Provide support and conduct diagnostics with internal and external trainers during development initiatives. * Administer reaction, learning, and post-training evaluation assessments. **3\. Content and Material Development for the Corporate University** * Create presentations, handouts, scripts, videos, and other learning materials. * Contribute to development pathways and content for the corporate university. * Adapt content and methodologies according to target audience and delivery format (in-person/online). **4\.
