Interested? Check out the opportunity we are offering: Support Technician ### **Responsibilities** Perform diagnostics, corrective and preventive maintenance on desktops and laptops. Replace and install hardware components (e.g., memory, HDD/SSD, displays, keyboards, circuit boards, etc.). Format, configure, and install Windows operating systems and corporate software tools. Provide on-site technical support to users for IT incidents related to hardware and software. Log and update service tickets in internal support systems. Conduct functionality tests after repairs and issue technical reports when required. Carry out scheduled or emergency technical visits. Ensure equipment integrity and compliance with safety regulations. ### **Requirements** Proven experience as a Support Technician, IT Technician, or similar role. Solid knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware.
