




**Also Hire, in partnership with a well-established company in the agricultural sector, is seeking an HR Payroll Department Manager to work in the Agreste region of Pernambuco. We are looking for a generalist professional with strong technical expertise in labor routines and eSocial, who enjoys structured operations and possesses the organizational skills necessary to ensure legal security and efficiency in payroll processes.** About the Role This professional’s mission is to serve as the focal point for the Payroll Department at the unit. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate execution of all payroll-related routines, guaranteeing compliance with labor and social security legislation. The role requires a hands-on approach to payroll closing, submission of ancillary obligations, and support to leadership—keeping operations organized and up to date. Key Responsibilities * Fully manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes. * Review and close payroll, vacation payments, 13th salary, severance calculations, and related charges. * Ensure strict compliance with labor and social security legislation. * Manage electronic timekeeping systems and monitor working hours. * Prepare and submit ancillary obligations (eSocial, GFIP, RAIS, CAGED, etc.). * Provide consultative support to leadership and HR on labor-related matters. * Develop management reports and track departmental KPIs. Qualifications * Degree or substantial practical experience in Payroll, Administration, or Human Resources. * Proven experience as a generalist Payroll professional (full-cycle payroll operations). * Proficiency in labor and social security routines, and payroll closing. * Solid knowledge of eSocial and other ancillary obligations. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in agricultural, industrial, or high-volume operational companies. * Experience implementing or improving payroll processes.
