Chucri Zaidan We are seeking a Junior RPA Developer to join our process automation team. The ideal candidate will possess foundational software development knowledge and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative work environment while contributing to meaningful automation projects. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in identifying and analyzing business processes to uncover automation opportunities. * Participate in the development and implementation of automation solutions using RPA tools. * Support the creation and maintenance of automation scripts. * Conduct quality testing to ensure bot functionality and integrity. * Collaborate with the team to document automated processes and keep documentation up to date. * Provide technical support to internal users during bot implementation and execution. * Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance process automation skills. ### **Requirements** * Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. * Basic programming knowledge (preferably in languages such as Python, C#, or Java). * Interest in learning and growing within the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) field. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Prior experience in software development or process automation. * Basic knowledge of RPA automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. * RPA-related certifications or certifications in related areas. * **Location** São Paulo – SP * **Work Modality**Hybrid * **Professional Level** Consultant / Junior Developer * **Minimum Academic Level** Completed Bachelor’s Degree * **Contract Type** CLT
