




Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate, agile, and organized Level 1 Support Analyst who loves technology to provide initial support, technical assistance, and proactive monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Initial support via WhatsApp, phone, and ticketing system. 2. Level 1 support for Microsoft 365, email, basic networking, backup, and antivirus. 3. Proactive monitoring of backups, antivirus, and servers. We are looking for a Level 1 Support Analyst to join Guardiannet’s team! If you are passionate about technology, enjoy solving problems, and possess an agile and organized profile, this opportunity may be right for you. * Key Responsibilities: Initial support via WhatsApp, phone, and ticketing system; Ticket registration, categorization, and prioritization according to SLA; Level 1 support for: Microsoft 365, access and permission provisioning, email issues, basic networking; Backup and antivirus; Workstations, printers, and peripherals; Proactive monitoring of backups, antivirus, and servers; Preventive client contact in case of failures; Initial troubleshooting and escalation to Level 2; Support in generating KPIs and knowledge base documentation. * Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. Experience in Level 1 technical support. Knowledge of: Windows Server and Windows Desktop; Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN); Microsoft 365; Corporate backup and antivirus solutions; Ticketing and remote access tools; Good documentation practices. * **Salary:** R$ 1\.800,00 * **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Transportation Allowance * **Employment Type:** CLT (Permanent) * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 Compensation: R$1\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Voucher * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
