Collaborative environment **Job Description:** We are looking for an **IT Intern** to support the technology department’s daily activities, assisting with system maintenance, user support, and organization of the company’s technological resources. The intern will have the opportunity to develop practical knowledge, learn from the team, and grow professionally in a collaborative environment. **Responsibilities:** * Assist with technical support to users (hardware and software) * Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and peripherals * Help manage and organize IT equipment * Provide basic support for networks, systems, and access control * Assist in opening and tracking technical support tickets * Support the IT team in system projects and improvements * Prepare and update simple technical documentation **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Technical program in **Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Networks**, or related fields * Basic computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office suite, and internet) * Fundamental knowledge of hardware and software * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and willingness to learn * Availability to intern according to the defined working hours **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of networking * Familiarity with programming or database concepts * Experience in customer service or user support * Knowledge of Linux operating systems Employment Type: Full-time CLT, Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$900.00 \- R$1\.200.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
