Opportunity: IT Internship Internship Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (2-hour lunch break) Location: Ilha do Retiro (on-site) Responsibilities: * Monitor the computational environment; assist in the development and execution of infrastructure projects; handle daily tasks to ensure full operational functionality of the computational environment; * Perform maintenance and repairs on physical and virtual servers, storage units, and structured cabling infrastructure; * Coordinate with IT vendors regarding service delivery routines; mediate technical interventions conducted within the computational environment, infrastructure, and computer network; * Address and/or remediate threats and vulnerabilities affecting the computational environment; * Respond to employee requests related to routine operational services, including: email, printers, systems, and various applications.
