If you enjoy learning, connecting with people, and wish to grow within a solid and recognized network, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Recruitment and selection activities (job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling); * Conducting onboarding and offboarding processes, document verification and organization; * Onboarding of new employees; * Monitoring electronic timekeeping and overtime bank; * Assisting payroll processing and labor-related statutory obligations; * Administering benefits (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, among others); * Managing vacation schedules, leaves of absence, and contract terminations; * Providing support and assistance to employees; * Supporting training and development initiatives; * Assisting in performance evaluations and organizational climate actions; * Organizing departmental administrative files and routines; * Monitoring HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in people management is desirable; * Familiarity with administrative routines is desirable; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and data management platforms; * Ability to handle record-keeping, inventory control, and document management processes. **Additional Information** * Transportation Allowance (VT), according to unit policy. * Partial or full tuition scholarship for CNA language courses. * Professional growth opportunities within the school and the CNA network. * University partnership program * Total Pass **About CNA Idiomas** CNA Idiomas is an English and Spanish language education network with over 50 years of market presence and part of the CNA+ educational group, serving approximately 400,000 students annually across more than 730 units throughout Brazil.
