Noxtec is a company specialized in innovative technology solutions, offering software development services and IT consulting. **Responsibilities:** Design, structure, and implement internal training administration, covering needs identification (LNT) through results analysis. Develop, implement, and supervise endomarketing and engagement initiatives. Lead and optimize new employee onboarding processes. Support strategic initiatives related to Human Development and Organizational (DHO) matters. Actively participate in projects focused on organizational culture and climate. Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvements. Previous experience as an Organizational Development Analyst, Recruitment and Selection Analyst, Training and Development Analyst, or People Management Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
