We provide software development services and IT consulting. **Responsibilities:** Plan, organize, and execute internal training management—from needs assessment (NA) through results evaluation. Design, implement, and monitor endomarketing and employee engagement initiatives. Lead and enhance onboarding processes for new employees. Support strategic initiatives in Human and Organizational Development (HOD). Actively participate in organizational culture and climate projects. Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvements. Previous experience as an Organizational Development Analyst, Recruitment and Selection Analyst, Training and Development Analyst, or People Management Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
