Job Summary: An HR Payroll Analyst responsible for personnel routines, labor legislation compliance, and employee support. Key Highlights: 1. Perform personnel routines and ensure labor compliance. 2. Handle hiring, termination, vacation, payroll, and labor charges. 3. Solid knowledge of labor legislation and experience with systems. HR Payroll Analyst \- Execute all personnel routines while ensuring compliance with labor legislation. • Manage hiring, termination, vacation, payroll closing, and labor charges. • Provide employee support and assistance. • Manage timekeeping and accessory obligations; submit and verify events in e\-Social and other related departmental activities. Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. • Solid knowledge of labor legislation. • Organized, responsible, and confidential; analytical ability; experience with payroll and timekeeping systems; intermediate proficiency in Office suite.
