




Description: * Completed high school education (pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields is desirable). * Prior experience in HR or Personnel Department routines is an advantage. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. * Proficiency in maintaining controls and meeting deadlines. - * Assist in the onboarding process by requesting and verifying candidate documents, registering candidates in the system, and organizing personnel files. * Schedule and monitor admission and dismissal medical examinations, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines. * Monitor intern and apprentice contracts, tracking expiration dates, renewals, and required updates. * Request and monitor the opening, renewal, and termination of contracts with partner institutions. * Maintain updated internal records (spreadsheets, reports, deadlines, and documentation). * Organize and archive physical and digital documents in accordance with internal policies and audit requirements. * Support onboarding processes and internal communications. * Provide support to employees and assist with administrative tasks for the People & Management department. 2512060202191906908
