Job Summary: We are seeking Mechanical Technicians to perform maintenance and ensure optimal operation of infrastructure for a new Datacenter in a challenging and dynamic environment. Contribute to process optimization and service excellence We are looking for Mechanical Technicians to join our Datacenter team in Recife. You will work in a challenging and dynamic environment, leveraging your skills to maintain and ensure optimal operation of our new Datacenter's infrastructure. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the safety and comfort of our employees and customers, as well as contributing to process optimization and service excellence. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct on-site inspections and monitor the Data Center building and alarms. * Operate and maintain the air conditioning system (Chillers, CRAC, Fancoils, CRAH). * Perform periodic checklists for critical infrastructure routines. * Identify, implement, and oversee corrective and predictive maintenance needs for Datacenter infrastructure. * Supervise customer installations within the Datacenter. * Install electrical circuits and circuit breakers for AC and DC; * Oversee third-party maintenance activities for the air conditioning system, fire suppression system, electrical installations, water system, generator system, battery system, and any other infrastructure-related tasks in the Datacenter. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical Mechanical Education. * Extensive knowledge of critical Datacenter systems, including: Chillers, direct expansion refrigeration systems, CRAC, fancoils, primary and secondary pumps, and electrical systems. * This role involves standard working conditions in a Data Center environment, with rotating shift schedules to support 24/7 operations. Due to the nature of this position, the incumbent must be able to meet tight deadlines, handle pressure, and manage stress. * Candidates must demonstrate confidence in customer-facing situations. * Teamwork. * Problem-solving attitude aligned with both customer and organizational requirements. * Highly proactive behavior. * High level of organizational skills, focused on maintaining up-to-date records and controls usable across the organization.
