




Job Summary: We are seeking Electromechanical Technicians to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring maintenance and optimal operation of Datacenter infrastructure, optimizing processes and service excellence. Contribute to process optimization and service excellence We are looking for Electromechanical Technicians to join our Datacenter team in Recife. You will work in a challenging and dynamic environment, applying your skills to ensure maintenance and optimal operation of our new Datacenter's infrastructure. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the safety and comfort of our employees and customers, as well as contributing to process optimization and service excellence. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Inspect, measure, and monitor all electrical systems and equipment within the data center; * Conduct on-site inspections and monitor the building and Data Center alarms. * Operate and perform maintenance on de-energized or energized electrical panels; when working on energized panels, appropriate clothing and PPE must be used; * Perform low-voltage electrical building maintenance. * Implement best practices for datacenter infrastructure, operations, and maintenance; * Suggest, implement, and supervise best practices for infrastructure safety in the Datacenter. * Identify, implement, and supervise corrective and predictive maintenance needs for Datacenter infrastructure. * Supervise customer installations within the datacenter. * Perform minor installations to serve Datacenter customers. * Replace lamps and repair internal and external lighting; * Install electrical circuits and circuit breakers for AC and DC; * Monitor third-party maintenance activities for air conditioning systems, fire suppression systems, electrical installations, water systems, generator systems, battery systems, and any other infrastructure-related tasks in the datacenter. * Enforce Datacenter safety rules and policies; * Operate and maintain air conditioning systems (Chillers, CRAC, Fancoils, CRAH, primary and secondary pumps, cooling towers) * Perform periodic checklists for critical climate control infrastructure routines **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in Electronics; Electrical Engineering; Mechanical Engineering * Extensive knowledge of critical data center systems, including: diesel generators, UPS systems, fuel systems, switchgear, power distribution equipment, fire detection/suppression systems, and building monitoring systems. * This role involves standard working conditions in a Data Center environment with rotating shift schedules to support 24/7 operations. Due to the nature of the role, the incumbent must be able to meet tight deadlines, handle pressure, and manage stress. * Candidates must demonstrate confidence in customer-facing situations. * Teamwork. * Problem-solving attitude that satisfies both customer and organizational requirements. * Highly proactive behavior. * High level of organizational skills, focused on maintaining updated records and controls usable across the organization.
