**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Support financial control and monitoring of the department, including handling systems to register invoices related to departmental expenses;
* Assist the commercial team in initial client engagement for real estate developments by the builder;
* Help organize and update customer and lead databases in the CRM;
* Support the distribution of commercial materials, development presentations, and proposals to clients;
* Monitor the sales process, assisting in collecting and organizing documents required for analysis and deal closure;
* Assist in controlling unit availability, pricing tables, and commercial terms for developments;
* Support the team in preparing sales performance reports and tracking targets;
* Support organizing site visits, sales booths, and client meetings;
* Assist in coordinating between the commercial, marketing, and administrative departments involved in the sales process;
* Support updating commercial materials, presentations, and real estate product information;
* Conduct market research and gather information on competing developments when requested;
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Minimum availability of 1 year and 6 months for this role;
* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
**Desirable Requirements:**
* Strong communication skills: verbal and written;
* Numerical aptitude (financial mathematics);
* Advanced Excel knowledge is desirable;

**Working Hours:** 30 hours per week (6 hours per day), on-site.
