Job Summary: Monitor security camera footage, record events, coordinate incident responses, stay updated on procedures, and collaborate with the IT team. Key Highlights: 1. Effective communication with the field security team **None:****Main Responsibilities:** * Continuously monitor security camera footage and observe any activities, incidents, or unusual situations * Accurately and thoroughly record and report all events and incidents * Effectively communicate with the field security team to coordinate incident responses * Stay updated on company procedures and protocols * Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues with the CCTV system **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in security camera monitoring or physical security operations * Attention to detail and strong observational skills * Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions during emergencies * Strong commitment to security and protection of our clients * Familiarity with CCTV systems and monitoring technologies: Intelbras, D\-guard, and Situator. **None:** None
