In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users, as well as maintaining and deploying equipment, software, and systems. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **What you’ll do:** * Network, server, and asset management: * Maintain servers; * Configure and install new network equipment, ensuring network documentation remains up to date; * Monitor networks by reviewing logs and inspecting physical equipment; * Add, maintain, and remove users within the corporate network environment; * Maintain and update the school’s TDIC asset inventory/list. **Technical support:** * Provide technical assistance to students and staff, ensuring accurate diagnosis and resolution of technical issues across various technological devices (laptops, projectors, information systems, servers, etc.), so all hardware and software function correctly; * Prepare IT equipment for use.
