




Description: * Completed technical education or ongoing higher education, preferably in the Health field; * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; * Minimum of 02 years of experience in the hospital environment with surgical materials, especially with products from the Business Unit(s) to which the advisory is provided; * Knowledge of Human Anatomy; * Full availability and willingness to travel; * Valid category B driver's license; * Own vehicle (car).\* Differentiation: * Preferably completed degree in the Health field; * Intermediate technical English desirable. * Assist management in planning the surgery and evaluation appointment schedule; * Schedule and communicate surgical procedures under their responsibility to internal teams, enabling proper procedure planning; * Perform checklists of necessary accessories for procedures under their responsibility; * Monitor the shipment of materials designated for surgical procedures under their responsibility; * Participate in scheduled surgical procedures, providing technical support to medical teams through device programming, guidance on proper product handling, and monitoring evaluations; * Perform sterilization of medical equipment and devices after use in hospital units, when necessary; * Record information from surgical procedures performed in corporate applications/systems so that teams can proceed with internal steps; * Present properly filled out and signed OPME usage notices (operating room sheets), DECAs, and others to the Sales Support team according to internal processes; * Issue Implantable Device Carrier Cards (pacemakers, ICDs, etc.) when applicable; * Report non-conformities occurring during procedures to the Quality team as per internal procedures; * Periodically replace digital dosimeters and PPE (when applicable) and comply with usage guidelines as directed by the SESMT team; * Provide post-operative patient support, including evaluations and programming of implantable devices, whenever necessary; * Ensure custody, security, and return of equipment (programmers, polygraphs, etc.) after use; * Support inventory control by counting products from the Business Unit(s) they serve at customer sites whenever necessary; * Assist in billing follow-up processes with customers; * Provide continuous feedback to management regarding customer acceptance and use of company products; * Complete required control reports and other documents as requested by management. 251017020224576617
