




#### **About the position:** * Act as the main point of contact between the company and mid-sized clients, ensuring a solid and long-lasting relationship. * Develop strategies for customer retention and satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities and improvements in the services provided. * Represent the company in meetings and negotiations, ensuring alignment of expectations and fulfillment of established agreements. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Present healthcare professionals with the benefits our services can offer to the clinical staff; * Prepare commercial strategies to optimize visitation routes; * Create a visit and event schedule aligned with doctors' needs and availability to maximize time efficiency and effectiveness, including online appointments and digital support; * Use technological tools to manage registrations, schedule visits, and monitor interactions; * Monitor market trends and demands to adjust outreach strategies; * Study competitors' differentiators to highlight strengths and create competitive advantages; * Monitor the client database under your responsibility; * Plan and conduct daily visits to healthcare professionals, producing detailed visit reports including insights and identified needs; * Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve doctors' outcomes in partnership with the institution; * Act as a facilitator between doctors and the institution, reporting needs and seeking solutions with relevant departments; * Develop long-term relationships with doctors and office staff, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction; * Participate in events, forums, and congresses you are involved in, strengthening professional networking; * Monitor and analyze the performance of partner doctors using metrics such as procedure volume, frequency, and production; * Classify doctors by specialty, production volume, and growth potential to personalize outreach approaches; * Develop informational materials such as e\-books, webinars, and newsletters that add value to doctors and highlight the institution's services; * Identify medical opinion leaders and develop partnership strategies with them to increase the institution's visibility. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, marketing, data management, or related fields * Experience in Medical Relations * Basic Excel skills, ability to create presentations, familiarity with CRM systems and data management platforms. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize, clear and effective communication, analytical, inquisitive and innovative mindset, organization and attention to detail, planning and analytical skills
