Participate in the development and implementation of occupational health and safety (OHS) policies; Monitor and evaluate the OHS area; Identify control variables for diseases, accidents, quality of life, and the environment; Develop educational activities in the field of occupational health and safety; Participate in expert assessments and inspections and integrate negotiation processes; Participate in the adoption of technologies and work processes; OHS documentation; Investigate and analyze accidents and recommend preventive and control measures; Act in accordance with the Environmental Management System Policy; Ensure compliance with objectives and targets of the Integrated Management System applicable to the area; Perform tasks as defined in operational controls; Suggest improvements to departmental activities; Alert supervisors / responsible personnel upon observing non-conformities; Work in accordance with the Integrated Management System and Occupational Safety standards.
