We support your daily growth and learning, ensuring your work brings purpose to your life. **Job Description** Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on: refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, telecommunication equipment, collective antennas, TV tuning, radios, cold rooms, ovens, fryers, among others, complying daily with the Preventive Maintenance Plan. Replace light bulbs, ballasts, and electrical outlets. Attend to other requested services. Carry out repairs on the hotel’s hydraulic systems: toilets, faucets, etc. Inspect parking and garage areas, performing necessary repairs, fixes, and cleaning. Check the operational status of booster pumps, ensuring continuous supply of hot and cold water, 24 hours per day. Inspect fire-fighting equipment, reporting any irregularities to the supervisor. Carry out all departmental activities, complying with Self-Control procedures. Comply with procedures related to the use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE). Request and monitor technical visits and third-party maintenance, when required. Organize documents, reports, and records related to outsourced maintenance. Keep departmental indicator spreadsheets always updated: PMP, water, electricity, gas, and Planet 21. Monitor, control, and support the reduction of water, gas, and electricity consumption. Participate in purchasing maintenance items, seeking the best quality-to-price ratio. Upon identifying a guest preference, share this information with the Front Desk team so the ACDC system can be updated, enabling personalized products and services for each guest and making every stay a surprising experience. Act as an ambassador for brand values and actively participate in Service Culture engagement initiatives. Follow managerial guidance regarding selective waste collection, environmental impacts, recycling of diesel oil, lamps, and batteries, water and energy consumption, and cleaning product usage—aligned with environmental objectives. Perform other related duties as required by the department/hotel. For roles in Combo / Tri Combo hotels, the employee must fulfill the responsibilities of this position across all involved hotels. **Qualifications** Minimum: High School Diploma Desirable: Technical Course in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, or Hydraulics/Mechanics; NR10 certification. **Additional Information** Salary: Disclosed during the interview Benefits: Medical Plan – Co-payment Dental Plan – Optional On-site Cafeteria Profit Sharing Life Insurance
