Job Description * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on: refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, telecommunication equipment, collective antennas, TV set tuning, radios, cold rooms, ovens, fryers, and other equipment, adhering daily to the Preventive Maintenance Plan. Replace light bulbs, ballasts, and electrical outlets. Respond to other requested services. Carry out repairs on the hotel’s plumbing systems: toilets, faucets, etc. Inspect parking areas and garages, performing necessary repairs, fixes, and cleaning. Check the operational status of booster pumps to ensure continuous supply of hot and cold water, 24 hours per day. Inspect fire-fighting equipment and report any irregularities to supervisors. Perform all area-related tasks in compliance with Self-Control procedures. Follow procedures regarding the use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE). Request and monitor technical visits and third-party maintenance, when required. Organize documents, reports, and maintenance records from outsourced services. Keep area performance indicator spreadsheets always up to date: PMP, water, electricity, gas, and Planet 21. Monitor, control, and support reduction of water, gas, and electricity consumption. Participate in purchasing maintenance items, seeking optimal quality-to-price ratio. Upon identifying a guest preference, share this information with the Front Office team so the ACDC is updated, enabling personalization of products and services for each guest and making every stay surprising. Act as an ambassador of brand values and actively participate in Service Culture engagement initiatives. Follow management guidelines concerning selective waste collection, environmental impacts, recycling of diesel oil, lamps, and batteries, as well as water, energy, and cleaning product consumption, to meet environmental objectives. Perform other related duties as required by the department/hotel. For roles at Combo / Tri Combo hotels, the employee must carry out job responsibilities across all involved hotels. Qualifications Minimum: High School Diploma Desirable: Technical Course in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, or equivalent Mechanical-Hydraulic training, NR10 certified.
