Learn more about the role: * ️ **Essential Requirements:** * Academic background in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree is a plus. **Skills and Competencies** * Proven experience in data analysis projects, development of machine learning models, and application of LLM. * Proficiency in programming languages and tools used in the field, such as Git, Python, SQL, among others. * Knowledge of statistical techniques, machine learning, and data processing. * Knowledge of LLM (Large Language Models). * Familiarity with Langgraph. * Cloud knowledge (especially AWS). **Main Responsibilities:** * Apply LLM models to solve business problems. * Design, develop, and evolve agents (retrieval architecture, tools, memory, orchestration/graphs). * Build and optimize RAG pipelines: ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, search strategies (dense, hybrid), and reranking. * Perform fine\-tuning of models (open or proprietary) with internal data, ensuring quality, cost, and compliance. * Define and measure quality metrics for GenAI/RAG: groundedness, factuality, coverage, precision@k, latency, cost per call, and hallucination rate. * Implement guardrails and security: mitigate prompt injection, PII redaction, access control, content filters, and traceability. * Monitor models in production (observability, drift, quality drops, costs) and respond to incidents. * Document solutions, disseminate best practices, and support/mentor level I data scientists. * Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate LLM models into our products and systems. * Research and stay updated on AI and LLM trends, ensuring we remain at the forefront of technology. **And the benefits?** * Bradesco National Top Medical Plan: free hospital ward coverage with 10% co-payment.
