We are looking for a **Data Analyst II**. Learn more about the role: * \*️ Essential Requirements:\* * Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering or related field; * Postgraduate degree will be a differentiator. * Minimum of 2 years of experience; \*️ Knowledge and skills:\* * Ability to perform analyses, critically interpret data and generate relevant insights and recommendations to support decision-making. * Problem-solving skills to structuredly address complex business issues. * Solid experience handling large volumes of data and performing ETL. * Intermediate/advanced knowledge in programming languages such as SQL and Python/PySpark (mandatory). * Knowledge in Cloud (especially AWS) will be a differentiator. * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. \*Main responsibilities:\* * Identify, collect and structure relevant datasets for analyses. Perform data cleaning, transformation and organization to ensure data quality and integrity. * Conduct complex and advanced statistical analyses using statistical modeling techniques, machine learning and other analytical approaches. Identify correlations, trends and relevant patterns in data. * Create and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms for forecasting and optimization. Evaluate model effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary. * Develop effective and intuitive data visualizations using data visualization tools to clearly and understandably communicate insights and results. * Interpret analysis and model results, translating them into actionable information and strategic recommendations. Communicate findings clearly and objectively to stakeholders. * Work closely with teams from different areas such as marketing, sales, operations and IT to understand their analytical needs and provide specialized support.
