### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance services for electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, carpentry, joinery, metalworking, masonry, and refrigeration systems; Prepare infrastructure for machinery and equipment when required; Perform general building maintenance activities according to your qualifications, carry out repairs, and ensure conservation and maintenance; Conduct tests to identify and locate faults in equipment installation and operation; Disassemble, assemble, and perform necessary adjustments on work tools; Report to your immediate supervisor any facts that may interfere with the proper execution of your duties; Safeguard work materials under your responsibility; Perform other duties compatible with the nature of this position. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **Requirements:** Elementary education Relevant work experience Certifications/Training: NR-10 + ART (40-hour course, valid for 24 months); NR-12 and NR-35 (in-person training) + instructor proficiency; Building electrician course with minimum duration of 80 hours, or documented work experience as an electrician for at least two years.
