**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Monitor and support quality and industrial production consulting processes; Evaluate productive capabilities; Map processes and use BPM notation; Lean manufacturing; Quality management and ISO 9001; Quality tools; Project management; Internal consulting management; Measurement of results and performance indicators; Failure analysis. **REQUIREMENTS:** Capacity for learning, results orientation, problem-solving skills, organization and time management, interpersonal communication, and emotional regulation. Currently enrolled in Production, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 7:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (with a 1-hour break).
