We are looking for a person for the Marketing Assistant position, with an organized, creative, proactive profile and strong execution capability. This person will be essential to strengthen our digital presence, support strategic initiatives, and directly contribute to generating opportunities for the sales team. What we expect from this professional: Execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with the department’s planning Active involvement in the company’s social media (content, scripts, creatives, video sequences, copy, and overall execution) Creation and editing of videos, graphic materials, creatives, and institutional content Operation of tools such as RD Station, CRM Pipedrive, Adobe Suite, CapCut, and task organization on Trello Execution of email marketing, remarketing, and internal marketing campaigns Visual and creative support for events, exhibition booths, websites, and presentation materials Collaboration with the sales team to generate opportunities and support their requests Organization of delivery schedules and monitoring of executions Strong communication skills and willingness to continuously test, learn, and improve Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree Preferably 1 year of experience in the field Knowledge of video editing and marketing tools Availability for 100% in-person work – Recife/PE Fast-paced, proactive profile with strong communication skills and genuine drive to deliver results Advantages: Experience in digital marketing focused on business Proficiency in copywriting and creative development Strong visual taste and attention to detail Job type: Full-time CLT employment Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Benefits: Health insurance Meal allowance Transportation allowance Partnership agreements and commercial discounts Location: Recife – PE (51030-680) Residence in the region or availability to relocate is required.
