During the talent pool validity period, candidates may be called for positions in other units within the same region, with possible changes in benefits, schedules, or working hours as needed. **What do we expect from you?** **Desired Profile:** * **Required Education:** * Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering **OR;** * Technical degree in Systems Development or Internet Technology \+ Any bachelor’s degree qualifying for teaching (licensure or pedagogy) **OR;** * Systems Development or Internet Technology specialization \+ Any bachelor’s degree \+ Postgraduate degree (stricto sensu or lato sensu) qualifying for teaching. * **Main Responsibilities:** Develop the teaching process, enabling the achievement of educational objectives and professional competencies outlined in the instructional plan. Plan, prepare, and deliver classes in training, improvement, and specialization courses. Diagnose learning needs, interests, and capabilities by analyzing the socio-educational context, developing and applying assessment tools, and providing evaluations. Research updated literature, techniques, technologies, inputs, and raw materials relevant to your field and related to teaching situations. Develop learning activities, instructional guides, and lesson plans according to SENAI's internal procedures. Design and plan instructional resources and sequences necessary for teaching activities. Develop and apply diversified learning assessment instruments. Monitor and evaluate students' learning levels throughout the educational process. Plan and carry out Technical and Technological Services – STT – and consulting activities according to identified needs and institutional procedures. Plan and develop courses and/or lectures in your area of expertise.
