You will bring experience and knowledge in: * SAP knowledge * Collaborating effectively in a diverse workplace * Understanding of autonomous team tools * Laboratory experience * Knowledge of quality standards and procedures * Proactivity and strong communication skills **Education / Certifications:** * Active CRQ (Brazilian Council of Chemistry) * Technical degree in Chemistry or related fields **Specific Job Requirements:** * Perform reference or precision analyses * Operate and calibrate laboratory equipment * Prepare, monitor consumption of, and standardize solutions and reagents * Maintain control over shelf-life of finished products * Complete specific reports * Ensure cleaning of equipment and workplace, complying with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and request preventive and/or corrective maintenance whenever necessary * Maintain contact with suppliers to support improvement of their performance * Define corrective actions to align products with specifications * Of raw materials (MP), packaging materials (ME), and in-process products, as required * Conduct visual inspections after line cleaning, ensuring compliance with Quality requirements * Prepare samples for shipment to external laboratories for analysis * Prepare reports summarizing analysis results and indicator evaluations * Understand, support, and comply with Safety and Environmental Policies, and feel aware, committed, and motivated to assume individual responsibilities related to Safety and Environment * Perform GMO control on corn- and soy-derived raw materials * Perform microbiological control on sensitive raw materials * Actively participate in DMS meetings, discussing results and daily planning to identify opportunities for improving SQCDM requirements * Ensure accurate recording of all analyses and activities performed, including necessary information * Conduct Quality Integration and refresher trainings whenever required * Follow Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) rules to ensure reliability of results obtained, and maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace * Review your work areas for potential losses and safety hazards, as well as opportunities for loss and health control * Identify risky behaviors and use SSMA tools to support accident risk elimination * Use integrated system tools and processes to support loss and defect reduction * Comply with applicable regulations regarding Loss, Health, Safety, and Environment control. **Work Schedule:** * Second shift, 6x2 rotation **Relocation Support Available?** ------------------------------------ Business Unit Summary ### **Mondelēz Brasil is Mondelēz International’s fourth-largest operation worldwide, with approximately 7,500 employees who proudly produce, sell, and distribute some of Brazil’s most beloved brands of chewing gum, candy, powdered beverages, cream cheese, chocolate, cookies, and desserts.
