Responsibilities and duties **Students** * Guide in classes, studies, exams, and projects. * Monitor academic performance. * Address difficulties, recognize good performance, and follow participation in projects. * Observe emotional and affective needs. **Family** * Inform about daily routines, classes, exams, and projects. * Monitor performance, difficulties, achievements, projects, and pedagogical support sessions. **Teachers** * Guide on the school's philosophy. * Monitor content, exams, projects, internal indicators, and provide feedback. **Routine and monitoring** * Control content, performance, and administrative procedures. * Ensure compliance with schedules, uniforms, class substitutions, exams, and grade entries. * Guide teachers and students according to the school's philosophy. **Pedagogical routines** * Monitor content and grade entries in the system. * Verify weekly compliance and standardization in exam grading. * Create focus groups and complete monitoring spreadsheets. **Pedagogical projects** * Promote the project, identify participants, monitor execution, and record involved parties. * Evaluate results, create focus groups if necessary. * Complete final documents and send records to marketing. Requirements and qualifications Completed Higher Education Fields of Study: Education/Teaching/Languages Experience: Teamwork experience; Experience with School Routines. Desirable requirements Knowledge: Teacher supervision, Analysis of school indicators and results, School curriculum and BNCC, Educational legislation and policies, Teaching methodologies and educational innovation, Pedagogical planning and management, Use of educational technologies and platforms.
