Will attend to customers by assessing their profiles, identifying their needs, and presenting product and service alternatives. Will repair products by locating and identifying defects and their causes, replacing, adjusting, cleaning, and lubricating parts and components. Will provide preventive and corrective technical assistance to customers for already installed products, conducting visits as necessary. Will perform other duties inherent to the position.
