Join our journey toward excellence! **Key Responsibilities** * Define and evolve backup architecture in on-premises and cloud environments. Administer enterprise environments using: * IBM Spectrum Protect * Veeam Backup & Replication * Veritas NetBackup Implement strategies for: * Full, incremental, and differential backup * Site-to-site replication * Immutable backup * Plan and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) tests. * Perform capacity planning (data growth, backup and restore windows). * Conduct advanced troubleshooting (log analysis, performance, storage and network latency). Administer backups for: * Databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) * SAP environments * File Servers and NAS * Cloud workloads (AWS, Azure, GCP) * Implement retention policies aligned with LGPD and internal compliance requirements. * Automate routines via PowerShell, Shell Script, or APIs. * Support audits. * Technically lead backup platform migration or upgrade projects. * Provide support for critical incidents. **Mandatory Technical Requirements** * 5+ years of experience administering enterprise backup solutions. * Experience with hybrid environments (on-premises + cloud).
