Then check out the opportunity we have here: **Responsibilities and duties** **HOW YOU WILL WORK HERE** * Provide initial screening support, directing customers to appropriate service based on their needs; * Assist in clarifying customer questions and provide help with terminals and platforms (products, balances, statements, TEDs, various inquiries, etc.); * Assist in issuing temporary cards and requests for new ones; * Help customers install and use mobile banking and internet banking applications; * Support inventory control and organization of materials; * Assist in organizing and locating documents. * Monitor and correct signage, demarcation, and posters; * Digitize and upload payment-related accounts into the system (water and electricity, condominium fees, municipal and state taxes/fees); * Archive daily transaction documents. **** * Commercial Agent and Support \- Clerk \| PA Recife/PE (Affirmative for 50 ) * As a Commercial Assistant, your responsibilities will include: * Sell courses and extensions offered by the company to applicants or third parties (basic level); * Visit companies to identify potential suppliers; * Provide customer support during service; * Negotiate prices and sales terms (financial products and services); * Register and update customer data, enter orders, and track payments; * Organize and maintain files and records related to the department (proposals, contracts, etc.). **Requirements and qualifications** **WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** * Be a college student duly enrolled in an educational institution; * Majors: Administration, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or related fields; * Availability to complete one year in the Internship Program; * Availability to intern for 6 hours per day (morning shift). **Work Location:** * **Recife/PE** (in-person work); * Commercial Agent and Support \- Clerk \| PA Recife/PE (Affirmative for 50 ) * High school diploma required; * Currently pursuing or having completed a higher education degree; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in the financial sector; * Knowledge of microcomputing and Microsoft Office; * Strong communication skills; * Ability to handle clients in conflict situations; * Willingness to travel. **Additional information** **What we offer to interns:** * Monthly stipend of R$2\.363,26, increasing to R$2\.588,72 after 90 days; * Transportation allowance \- no deduction from stipend value; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Life insurance \- no deduction from stipend value; * Mercantil Academy for Development All positions are also open to people with disabilities (PCDs).
