The future belongs to analytical and innovative minds. **Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks** * Structure and lead the BI & Analytics area from its inception, defining processes, roles, tools, and methodologies. * Implement and evolve the data architecture (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, pipelines), ensuring scalability, security, and governance. * Coordinate integration between corporate systems (Tasy, ERP, CRM) and the analytics environment. * Develop and maintain executive and operational dashboards using tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, or equivalents. * Implement Data Governance policies, ensuring data quality, LGPD compliance, and information security. * Collaborate with business areas to identify analytical needs, define KPIs, and translate requirements into data solutions. * Lead the formation of the data team and foster a **data-driven** culture across the organization. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Solid experience in: + Building BI/Data Analytics areas from scratch. + Data modeling and construction of Data Lakes / Data Warehouses. + ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Pentaho, Data Factory, Airflow). + Programming languages and databases (SQL, Python, Azure, BigQuery, Redshift). + Visualization tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau). + Implementation of Data Governance and policies for data quality and security. **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Analytics, Data Engineering, or Information Governance. * Experience in complex corporate environments and integration of multiple systems.
