High school diploma; Intermediate Office package skills; **Desirable:** Bachelor’s degree (in progress) in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Experience in the healthcare sector. 1. Process payments and maintain controls over deadlines and accuracy of information; 2. Keep payment, receipt, processing, tracking, and account control data up to date; 3. Generate financial reports; 4. Complete invoices; 5. Prepare dossiers and documentation specifying applicable taxation; 6. Generate company payment information for banks; 7. Maintain contact with suppliers and customers; 8. Liaise with the Accounting department and other related departments; 9. Perform bank reconciliations; 10. Maintain a filing system for financial documents; 11. Carry out other tasks under the guidance and supervision of the manager.
