Corrective Actions in Operations **Position: Operations Assistant** **Number of Positions:** 01 **Work Location:** Guabiraba, Recife – PE **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM, with a 1-hour break **Salary:** R$ 2\.500,00 **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of R$ 20.00 per day * Health insurance after 90 days (100% covered for the employee) * Commuting allowance or mobility assistance **Mandatory Requirements:** * Dynamic profile * Prior experience in urban distribution * Strong communication skills, with direct interaction with drivers * Availability to accompany freight personnel **Desirable Requirements:** * Proficiency in Excel * Familiarity with the Recife region **Education:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead a team of approximately 25 freight personnel * Track and monitor deliveries * Take corrective actions in response to operational incidents * Ensure smooth flow of distribution operations
