This professional will play an essential role in maintaining the efficiency and integrity of the company's employment-related information. **Main Responsibilities** Execute and verify payroll processing, including taxes, advances, commissions, deductions, and benefits; Manage and integrate electronic timekeeping data with payroll; Carry out vacation, 13th salary, and contract termination processes; Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding, including registration, work record updates, contract preparation, and severance calculations; Generate and submit ancillary tax filings (eSocial, DCTFWeb, GFIP, DIRF, and other legal reports); Monitor labor and social security charges (FGTS, INSS, IRRF) and union dues; Administer corporate benefits such as transportation vouchers, meal allowances, and health plans; Maintain and track flexible working hours, overtime, and absenteeism; Provide support to employees and managers regarding labor-related inquiries and HR procedures; Support internal and external audits, collaborating closely with HR, accounting, and legal teams. **Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)** Degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields; Solid experience in Payroll Department operations and labor legislation; Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., Omie, Sólides, or similar) and eSocial; Intermediate Excel skills and strong analytical ability.
