




At Lightwall, we are seeking a **Payroll Analyst** to strategically and operationally manage personnel administration routines, ensuring legal compliance, accuracy in payroll processing, and support to internal departments. This professional will play an essential role in maintaining the efficiency and integrity of the company's employment-related information. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute and verify payroll processing, including taxes, advances, commissions, deductions, and benefits; * Manage and integrate electronic time records with payroll; * Perform vacation, 13th salary, and contract termination processes; * Conduct admission and termination procedures, including registration, work record updates, contract preparation, and severance calculations; * Generate and submit ancillary obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, GFIP, DIRF, and other legal reports); * Monitor labor and social security charges (FGTS, INSS, IRRF) and union contributions; * Administer corporate benefits such as transportation allowance, meal allowance, and health plans; * Maintain and track banked hours, overtime, and absenteeism; * Provide support to employees and managers regarding labor-related inquiries and personnel routines; * Support internal and external audits, and collaborate with HR, accounting, and legal teams. **Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)** * Degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields; * Solid experience in Payroll Department routines and labor legislation; * Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., Omie, Sólides, or similar) and eSocial; * Intermediate Excel skills and strong analytical ability. * Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills) * Organization and attention to detail; * Commitment to deadlines and information confidentiality; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Proactivity and continuous updating on legal and labor changes. **Differentiators** * Experience in industrial sector companies; * Experience implementing or improving payroll and time tracking processes; * Knowledge of digital obligations and labor audits. **If you are an organized, committed individual passionate about ensuring everything runs precisely within personnel operations, join a team that values excellence, transparency, and continuous development!** Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3,000.00 \- R$4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
