Join our family! **Responsibilities and Duties** Key responsibilities include: * Daily job posting; * Resume screening; * Scheduling interviews with candidates; * Conducting interviews to build the store’s workforce; * Supporting the HR Director and HR Coordinator; * Grading candidate assessments; * Assisting with hiring; * Managing onboarding procedures for new employees; * Managing timekeeping records; * Managing payroll processing; * Updating the recruitment spreadsheet. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in administrative or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Prior experience in relevant activities.
