As a **Software Developer Engineer in Test (SDET)**, your mission will be to engage across all layers and lifecycle stages of product or solution development, under guidance and supervision, to meet pre-defined project objectives—with emphasis on learning and self-development grounded in the organization’s quality culture principles: critical thinking, attention to detail, and a preventive mindset. We expect you to... * Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts. * Perform functional and performance testing on mobile applications. * Analyze and report test results, ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables. * Maintain and evolve automation frameworks and processes, suggesting improvements and implementing innovative solutions. * Collaborate directly with internal teams and client stakeholders, ensuring alignment and quality in deliverables. * Work in a dynamic environment where QA and development roles are interchangeable as needed. We require you to have... * Prior experience in functional and performance test automation. * Solid knowledge of Python. * Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). * Knowledge of agile methodologies and QA best practices. * Advanced English proficiency for verbal and written communication with international clients. * Teamwork skills and ease of communication with diverse stakeholders. * Availability for on-site work at our offices in Recife/PE. It would be great if you also had... * Practical experience with AI agents applied to development or testing (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot Agents). * Knowledge of prompt engineering, skill/subagent creation, and LLM integration into automation workflows. * Familiarity with foundational generative AI concepts (models, context, tool use, RAG). * Experience in hardware development or testing. * Experience maintaining and evolving automation frameworks. * Knowledge of PyTest, UiAutomator, and other mobile automation tools. * Experience in projects involving continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD). * Experience working with international clients and multicultural environments. * Knowledge of REST APIs.
