About the role: * We are looking for an Inventory Assistant to receive, inspect, and verify product expiration dates in the warehouse, controlling losses and damages, as well as organizing inventories, conducting stock counts and reconciliations, generating reports, and verifying material receipt and dispatch procedures. Main responsibilities: * Control incoming and outgoing merchandise; * Determine average product outflow to avoid unnecessary purchases; * Maintain the inventory management system up to date; * Label and package products; * Perform merchandise inspection, loading and unloading; * Maintain control over inventory, storage, incoming and outgoing merchandise, vehicles, product sorting, invoice entry, quotations, counter sales, and other duties related to the position; * Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness; * Guarantee shelf restocking; * Monitor product expiration dates, following the FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology; * Store and sort products. Mandatory requirements: * Attention to detail and work accuracy; * Analytical ability; * Completed high school education.
