Candidates must be comfortable interacting with customers, aiming to ensure comfort, quality, efficiency, safety, and courtesy in services provided to clients. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Perform cleaning and maintenance of internal and external areas according to company or institutional standards. * **Organization**: Maintain organization of materials, equipment, and inventory, ensuring accessibility and proper condition. * **Facility Care**: Ensure physical facilities remain in good condition, identifying and reporting repair or improvement needs. **Requirements:** Proactivity and ability to work in a team; Experience in the field; Easy access to the South Zone; Flexible availability for working hours. **Additional Information:** Transportation allowance On-site meals And other benefits.
