





**Job Title:** Revenue Management (RM) Intern **Area:** Revenue Management / Commercial **Department:** Commercial Strategy **Location:** Hybrid (must reside in Pernambuco) **Position Type:** Internship **Work Hours:** 6 hours per day **Reports to:** Commercial Director **Job Objective** Support the Revenue Management team in analyzing pricing, occupancy, and competition, contributing to maximizing revenue for vacation rental properties under the company's management. **Main Responsibilities** * Support in **collecting, organizing, and analyzing performance data** from properties (occupancy, average daily rate, revenue, etc.); * Assist in **researching and monitoring competitors** (price benchmarking, promotions, and strategies); * Collaborate in **updating and managing rates** across distribution channels (OTAs and property management systems); * Monitor and report on **performance indicators** (KPIs), such as occupancy; * Support the creation of **management reports and presentations** for decision-making; * Contribute tactical adjustment suggestions for high and low demand periods; * Work closely with departments such as Reservations, Marketing, and Operations to align strategies. **Requirements** **Education:** * Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Economics, Statistics, or related fields; **Technical Skills:** * Excel and Google Sheets (intermediate level desirable); * Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis; * Desirable: familiarity with platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, PMSs, or Channel Managers; * Knowledge of AI tools; * Desirable: Power BI or other data visualization tools. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical thinking and attention to detail; * Organization and proactivity; * Curiosity and eagerness to learn about pricing and consumer behavior; * Good communication and teamwork skills. **Benefits** * Stipend: BRL 900 * Remote Work Allowance: BRL 100 * Career development and growth opportunities.
