




Map, standardize, and improve business area processes, supporting the correct execution of routines, reducing rework, increasing efficiency, and ensuring documentation, metrics, and governance of process flows and Variable Compensation SOPs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map current-state (“as-is”) processes and design future-state (“to-be”) workflows. * Identify bottlenecks, risks, rework, and improvement opportunities, with a focus on simplification and standardization. * Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, SOPs, checklists, RACI matrices, work instructions, and Variable Compensation SOPs. * Support implementation of improvements by conducting tests, monitoring progress, stabilizing changes, and collecting feedback. * Define and structure process metrics (SLA, cycle time, reprocessing rate, compliance) and establish monitoring routines. * Lead alignment and follow-up meetings with involved areas and support managers in analyses. * Support automation initiatives (Power Automate, Power Apps, forms, and simple integrations) in partnership with the technology/data team. * Train users on standardized routines and support adherence to defined procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in process mapping and improvement. * Ability to develop workflows and documentation (BPMN/flowcharts, SOPs, and checklists). * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Bizagi or similar tools. * Proficiency in PowerPoint/Slides for status and results reporting. ******Preferred Qualifications:** * Power BI (basic visualizations and metrics). * Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps) or workflow tools. * Familiarity with Lean / PDCA / Kaizen / 5W2H methodologies and root cause analysis (Ishikawa, 5 Whys). * Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Sankhya, TOTVS) and administrative/industrial processes. * Knowledge of diagramming tools (Visio, Miro, Lucidchart). **Additional Information** * Natto Kit (10kg \- monthly); * Meal Allowance (monthly); * On-site cafeteria; * Pharmacy Card; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Unimed Health Plan (optional); * Bradesco Dental Plan (optional); * Discounts at educational institutions and leisure venues.
