We are looking for a professional to join our Payroll Department team in an organized, collaborative environment committed to sound labor practices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform full-cycle payroll department activities—including onboarding, termination, vacation, thirteenth salary, and payroll processing—in accordance with internal policies and current labor legislation; * Carry out entries, calculations, and verification of payroll items, vacation pay, thirteenth salary, terminations, and labor charges; * Calculate, verify, and explain termination-related payments, including union liaison as required; * Manage and process electronic timekeeping records—performing reconciliation, adjustments, overtime analysis, time banks, absences, and integration with payroll; * Monitor attendance indicators and advise managers on compliance with labor legislation; * Administer corporate benefits—including enrollment, maintenance, and removal—for transportation vouchers (VT), food vouchers (VA), meal vouchers (VR), medical and dental assistance, life insurance, among others; * Allocate costs by cost center (payroll, benefits, and labor charges); * Generate, verify, and submit statutory and labor obligations—including eSocial, CAGED, SEFIP, and DCTFWeb—as well as issue labor charge payment slips; * Provide support to employees, clarifying questions related to payroll department processes, payroll, benefits, and internal policies; * Support HR leaders and the HR team on payroll-related requests; * Sort and organize documentation for internal and external audits; * Develop, monitor, and present performance indicators, as well as deliver training related to performed activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or related fields; * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel—including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis; * Familiarity with the eSocial platform and Gov.br environment; * Knowledge of Senior, Rubi, and Sankhya systems; * Proven experience performing the payroll department activities described above. **Additional Information** * Natto Kit (10kg \- monthly); * On-site cafeteria; * Meal Allowance; * Pharmacy Card; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Voucher; * Health and Dental Plan; * Discounts at educational institutions and leisure venues.
