Careful handling of tools and materials, and strict adherence to safety regulations **Job Title: Mason – Building Maintenance** **Job Description:** We are hiring a mason with experience in building maintenance to work on small-to-medium-scale construction projects. We seek a committed, technically skilled professional with attention to detail, capable of performing masonry, plastering, floor tiling, and other related tasks. **Responsibilities:** * Perform masonry, cladding, plastering, and finishing work; * Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance in common areas and façades; * Follow architectural and technical specifications; * Ensure proper use of tools and materials; * Comply with safety regulations and correct use of PPE. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a mason; * Ability to read basic construction drawings; * Basic knowledge of occupational safety; * Punctuality, proactivity, and organization. **Employment Type:** On-site – CLT or Service Provider (to be negotiated) **Location:** Recife\-PE Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Up to R$2\.310,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Expected Start Date: 05/19/2025
