Job Description* Welcome guests and monitor consumption. * Set up breakfast/lunch/dinner buffets and ensure timely replenishment, as well as prepare event coffee breaks. * Serve couvert when required; place beverage orders and assist guests in selecting dishes/accompaniments. * Actively sell menu items from the restaurant and bar. * Clear plates and cutlery from tables after meals; offer dessert and coffee to guests during lunch or dinner. Upon service completion, follow the billing procedure of your assigned brand. * Monitor and replenish inventory. * Manage and close the cash register. Perform necessary corrections, recording them according to Autocontrol practices.* Prepare monthly loss and inventory spreadsheets for utensils, beverages, and items served at the bar/restaurant/convenience store. * Follow management instructions regarding food hygiene and handling. Comply with current legislation and the Good Practices Manual. * Assist in cleaning, maintenance, and conservation of the restaurant, including accessories used by guests. Maintain uniform standards as established. * When identifying guest preferences, share this information with the Front Office team so the ACDC system is updated, enabling personalization of products and services for each guest and delivering surprising experiences with every stay. * Be an ambassador for brand values and actively participate in Service Culture initiatives. * Follow management instructions regarding selective waste collection and consumption of water, energy, and cleaning products to meet environmental objectives. * Carry out other related duties as required by the department/hotel.
